Working out doesn't need to be a drag, or does it? CLASS is a silly, fun 25-minute cardio workout video: 9 songs, 3 moves per song that repeat over and over and over and over, until the song is done. (Except for the song with pom poms, which just gets weird.) No experience or weights necessary. All you need is your electronic device, some stretchy pants and a good attitude!

This kid-friendly episode features the lovable Lalo and his pals as they embark on kitchen adventures and sing silly songs about healthy foods and the importance of being kind. A livestream talkback with Lalo & his pals will happen after the show. A super silly, super fun theatrical treat for the littles! This may sound cheesy, but this show's too “Gouda” to pass up!
